Ellie is a freelance dancer, teacher and choreographer based in New York City. She has been a part of Equinox Festival since 2019, and joined the production team in 2022.

Ellie is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She trained at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and danced with the National Ballet of Canada and Boston Ballet before joining the Royal Danish Ballet in 2016, where she danced the full classical and contemporary repertoire, including numerous soloist and principal roles in ballets such as Giselle and Jewels. Since 2019, Ellie has been actively involved at Equinox as a dancer, choreographer, and board member. Ellie left Denmark in 2023 and is currently based in Brooklyn, where she teaches and hosts dance workshops, practices contact improvisation, writes and performs original music, and tends brassicas at the community garden.
